Scan to BIM v2015.1 Launched by IMAGINiT
Rand Worldwide is a leader in providing technology solutions. Recently announced that its IMAGINiT Technologies section just released an updated version of its Scan to BIM software, Scan to BIM 2015.1.
The procedure of getting 3D laser scanning data into a high-quality as built model in Revit was ordeal out by Scan to BIM software. Scan To BIM software provides tools which automatically create geometry such as walls, pipes or ducts, analyze the deviation between what you have modeled and the point cloud, check interferences, as well as a variety of productivity tools.
Feature of these updated software is that it automated for piping tools specifically designed to save mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineers and scanning professionals time when identifying, placing and connecting pipes from a point cloud to a model created with Autodesk Revit software.
